Zoomdoggle: More fun than work!

OK, brace yourself, we finally cracked the code: Cubes are better than Balls!

It’s embarressing how long it took me and the rest of Team Bucky to come to that realization, but in all fairness there was lots of experimentation, trepidation, frustration, and yes, even a vacation. There was also an explosion or two. Thankfully, we have a fire extinguisher now.

Anyway, I still don’t have much time for blogging, but behold, the fruits of our labors: Buckycubes. They’re even easier than Buckyballs to pick up, but even harder to put down. Say goodbye to Mashing and Molding, the future is all about Bending and Folding. Check the video to see ‘em in action…

The goal here is to yellow objects with brown by smashing them together while avoiding green. Pinks get clicked to destroy. Bombs go off when you click ‘em. Click the pic to get the game. Good times. Yup.

Yeah, yeah, yeah Turntable.fm is awesome and addictive (more on that later, maybe, if I’m not too busy cuing up the tracks myself… see if you can find me there), but if you really want to feel like a DJ you’re going to need to get your hands on the wheels of steel. Wheels Of Steel is the digital equivalant. And it’s free. I’m told scrach functionality is coming soon. How fun is that?

Luckily, these movies are still the classics they were when the game came out 6 months ago. The game is still well designed and fun.
