It’s a vintage book that makes your Macbook looks like, well, a vintage book. Fun, right? NOTE: Do not try this at home. My brother-in-law tells me that, in a deft move to save the $80 they’re charging for real thing, he ruined the better part of an Encyclopedia he found on the street. No, really. Pictures to follow.
As you are no doubt aware, shrinking stuff is fun (thanks Rick Moranis!) albeit dangerous. Shrink stuff, the right stuff only, to get the stop sign inside of the box. Click the pic to get the game. Highly addictive stuff.

Behold, the complete open, perfectly redone shot for shot. In Seatle. This will either make you want to track down a re-run, visit the windy city, or both. Either way, we dance the dance the joy. King Of The Hill anyone?

Just about any video you can think of, re-rendered in ASCII for your viewing enjoyment. NOTE: Start by typing in a bands name. Prepare to be amazed.

Just when you thought you were done with mashups, they pull you back in. This one’s a fun one: Wu Tang vs The Beatles. WARNING: It’s got all of language you loved the first time you heard the Wu, just with different samples might make this one NSFW.

Philadelphia’s Mural Arts Program (the same group that sponsored Stephen Powers amazing Love Letter project) partnered with The Design Center at Philadelphia University to wrap 10 trash trucks as part of their “paint it forward” program. How fun is that? I spotted my first one rolling by out of the corner of my eye on a recent visit home over the holidays. Well done.

Match the big picture to the small one by clicking on the arrows. Yup, the game is fun – albeit something you’ve seen before – but the music is gorgeous. Click the pic to make the jump. Go for the tunes, stay for the play.
