NEW SPORT ALERT: BARKour

You’ve heard of Parkour? This is Barkour. “This short film features some of her favorites places to train and try new skills. Weather it is the concrete jungle or the natural terrain, she explores each one bounce after bounce, leap after leap in the search for newer adventures.”

HONORARY DOGGLER: Nonja

Nonja, has been taking dozens of photos of herself, her friends, and her surroundings and posting them to facebook. What makes her special? She’s an orangutan. FULL DISCLOSURE: Nonja doesn’t really know what she’s doing, it’s not like she understands the camera. She twists a knob on a specially designed camera in the enclosure to get a piece of fruit. So maybe it’s the zoo that get the title. Still, it’s a good time any way you cut it.

FUN VIDEO: Oprah Calls Them Out

I can’t really watch Oprah, but I could watch this all day. 25 years of Oprah shouting names two whole minutes of fun.

GET: Sneak-It-In Disposable Flasks

Know anyone who would want to sneak in a drink, but doesn’t want to be the guy carrying a flasks (somehow carrying a real flask is more than an accessory, it’s a lifestyle, probably a job-free one, and not one everyone is ready to dive head first into)? Get ‘em a disposable one instead. Sets of 3 will set you back just $15. Suddenly that bourbon they like to tote looks more like a Capri Sun and can go in the trash when they’re done. How fun is that?

PLAY: Continuity

You know some games are too hard, some are too easy, and some are just plain dull? This one hits the sweet-spot. It’s easy to learn, hard to master and clever as hell (the guy runs between boxes on the levels in a world that keeps getting more elaborate). Fun? Yup. Click the pic to make the jump.

IMPROV EVERYWHERE: Where’s Rob?

Good work as always IE, Matt Adams with the editing and Tyler Walker for the song. Sometimes I play Rob for real though. It’s funner to watch.

QUICK: Airport Meet-ups Made Easy (Boarding.fr)

This is so easy, so simple, so smart it hurts. Board in an airport? Just tweet #boarding and your airport code. Boarding.fr will load you (along with the last 100 people to play) onto the map, twitter name, picture and all. The page itself is optimized for mobile viewing. Now others can log-on, give you a shout, and – if you’ve both got the time – meet-up for a minute or 10. How fun is that?

BUCKYBALLS: The World Is Talking (discounts for dogglers)

And then there’s this fantastic Philadelphia Inquirer piece that has a picture so incedibly cringe-worthy I couldn’t put it up. Still, there’s no doubt about it, the world is talking. And you were there at the start. Enter promo code BUCKFRIEND to save 20%. Consider it step one in a very lengthy thank-you I’ll be saying all again and again throughout 2010 to everyone who helped make it a success. You guys rock!

FUN VIDEO: Helium Puppy Stuck On the Ceiling

Consider this a test: If this video doesn’t make you happy, it’s time to seek help. No, really, just the words helium and puppy should make you smile.
