Nah. Puppy is scratching his back (on the ceiling?) The sad part is the camera person not reaching over and giving an assistive scritch-scritch or two.

Thats obvilously not on the ceiling… its just a puppy thats rolling on the floor that cant roll cuz its too fat or something….. its really obvious because you can see a bed and all that on the so called “ceiling”
