Winning today’s coveted ‘how fun is that’ award is Jennifer Fisher and Christian Cerrito with their Red Arrow Project. Giant red arrow flags were attached to weather balloons and floated off to wander the winds, drawing attention to whatever they happened to point at and encouraging people to reexamine their surroundings.
