MARK YOUR CALENDAR: Ray’s 45th Birthday

WHEN: Today, Tuesday, September 29, 11AM-Midnight
WHERE: Eight of New York City’s Famous Original Ray’s (wait, so are these places related, or aren’t they? Which is the real Ray’s and which is the most famous?): 204 Ninth Avenue (22nd/23rd); 831 Seventh Avenue (53rd); 736 Seventh Avenue (49th); 462 Columbus Avenue (82nd); 1710 Broadway (55th); 250 East Houston Street (Avenue A); 195 East Houston Street (Orchard Street); 1530 Old Country Road, Westbury, Long Island.
WHAT: A celebration of 45 years of dough tossing, late night eating, cheese drooling fun. To honor the occasion, Ray is rolling back prices to exactly where they were on day one: Regular slices and Sicilian slices will be 45¢. Each topping per slice is 45¢, and cans of Pepsi are 45¢. How fun is that? Get ‘em while they’re hot.
