WHAT: A revolutionary water-fight of epic proportions. Mark your calendar. Save the date. Sign-up early. Soak the enemy. Last year over 375 brave souls rushed into battle, complete with marching armies, drums, fifes and bubble blowing robots. This year promises to be even bigger. You’ll need:
- 1 UNLOADED water gun of your choice.
- At least 3 FILLED two-liter bottles (bring more if you desire!)
- 1 back-pack to hold water bottles.
- 1 either red or blue shirt (depending on army assignment).
- Any other revolutionary paraphernalia you don’t mind getting wet (hats, flutes, etc)
- Your fighting vigor and a bandana!
Sign-up with Banditos Misteriosos after the jump.

Got a garage? Instead of thinking of it as a Trapper Keeper for your car, consider it a canvas. Brace yourself, here comes the brush. Style Your Garage door decals are large (end-to-end large), and fun (photo-realistic, “was that a giant dog?” fun), and will surely be the talk of the town (or final straw that pushes the community board over the edge). How fun is that?

There you are Bunni, on Bunni Island. There were loads of Bunnis here once. Now there’s just you. Do as the Bunni ghosts say or you might not make it through. The game sounds evil, but plays all fluffy and nice (like a bunny). Click the pic to get the game.
The first pup, the alpha dog in our beta test, now has a name. He’s “Simon because of the Simon and Garfunkel song “The Boxer.†Congratulations to Tracy who entered the winning name with 24 votes (we’ve got a $10 bill with your name on it). That’s to everyone else who played… 132 names were suggested, over 200 votes – CLICK HERE TO SEE THEM ALL – meaning we raised over $100 for charity. And there were two inquiries about adopting the dog we now know as Simon. I’m going to go ahead and call it a success.
Next week a new dog, and every foreseeable Monday after that. Don’t miss out. Join the PuppyNamer Facebook page – CLICK HERE AND JOIN NOW – to be reminded every time there’s a new puppy to be named. A picture of the pup will come right down your feed, like a digital lick in the face to let you know it’s time to put your naming hat on and do some good in the world! How fun is that?

I’m starting to get ideas… BTW: Anyone know Rev Run? Seriously.
With grill season just about half-way over, if you haven’t gotten in on the action yet, might we suggest you kick it up a notch with a Roast My Weenie hot dog roaster. The stand-plate can be customized to say just about anything. The weenie spike is serious enough to support even a man-sized kielbasa. Thinking desert? Marsha Mello can be stacked with a perfect pair. Hungry to cook-up even more innuendo? Their sales site is loaded.

Brace yourself, this is amazing: YouTube is going 3D. No, really. Like for real. And not just in one format either. All it takes is 2 cameras, a bit of code, and a special pair glasses to see it in all of it’s eye popping detail. What’s that, not everyone who’s going to watch the video has 3D glasses? That’s OK. When the thing airs on YouTube (not embedded, but on the actual site) there’s a drop-down menu letting people choose how they want to view it (see below).
How fun is that? No really, give it a think, but before you answer, best to let the experts explain the system in greater detail… full how-to on the YouTube blog after the jump.

Extreme inline skater (ugh, so many jokes I could make there – but it’s kind of anti-doggle to hate… even if it’s only skates we’re hating on) Dirk Auer set a world record skating down the 860 meter Mammoth roller coaster at the Trips Drill theme park in Stuttgart using specially designed inline skates. Did somebody say 56 mph? How fun is that? The complete story, as well as a few more pictures after the jump. Dream big people. Dream big!
If you’re anything like me, making decisions, especially about the small stuff (where to eat, what to do with your life, you get the idea) can feel like a chore. Yesterday, everything changed. At 2PM EST I discovered the wheel of lunch. Tell it your zip code, it loads in the restaurants, and give it a spin. By nightfall it had become the wheel of dinner. Late night it was the wheel of Mexican. This morning, I turned it into the wheel of subways. Now if only it could choose me a career.
