Zoomdoggle: More fun than work!

WHAT: This is the Super Bowl of Air Guitar, in order to win you’re going to have to go over the top. That said, the big show isn’t until August, but the regionals are going on now. Are you man enough to compete?
1. Pick your stage name.
2. Go to the US Air Guitar site for local listings, click “enter” by your city of choice.
3. Pay your $20 entry fee.
4. Prepare your 60-second song.
5. Practice, practice, practice. This is the bit where champions are made, where the men are separated from the boys, the doggelers from the (er, anyone got a punch term for anti-doggler). Which team are you on? Only one way to know.

Remember, every time you see someone dancing crazy-like, it’s a choice: make fun of, or make fun with. The people at Sasquatch ’09 made the right decision. Will you?

Remember how way back when I asked people to stand on the hood of my Fiesta? “It’s fun to drive, but when it’s not in motion, I find it’s almost as fun to climb on as it is climb in… probably because I don’t actually own it. Here’s the thing though, you don’t own it either.” Any of this ring a bell? Anyway, now that it’s been freed from the impound and is back on the street, the entries have finally started rolling in. I’ll keep you posted, but so far we’ve got this car surfing gent…

Remember, if you see the car, jump on the hood, take a picture with your camera-phone, and send it to imonthehoodofyourfiesta at gmail. You just might win something. Oh and don’t worry, I’ve left the instructions taped inside in the windshield in case you forget.
