This isn’t a game, trick, or a marketing play of any kind; just two guys, dressed as Pac Man and Ghost, running amok in mother Russia for the fun of it. Best I can tell, the story reads like this: They play tag, make some people smile, crash a college class, get tagged, get in a fight and, as many a story probably ends in Russia, dump the body.
