Honorary Dogglers: Cakespy
I’m not going to lie, I woke up kinda cranky this morning. And then I saw this. The good people at Cakespy — Jessie Oleson & Co. — baked up some very real looking but not recommended for eating, plaster cupcakes. Next, they stuck upbeat flags in ‘em. Lastly, the left them around town, Seattle it would seem, for people to find. The one at the ATM says “The economy will be OK”. “The ultimate goal was a momentary escape from everyday worries, and a small reminder that yes, life can be strange, but sometimes sweet.” If they awarded points for awesomeness, this would pretty much hit the jackpot. Instructions, pictures, and tons more sweetness after the jump.

It’s things like this make me feel lucky to have been born a cupcake appreciating human and not a jelly fish (even though they are awesome). If I saw one of these sweet little treats in my city it would seriously make my week. CUTE.
