You Draw It, They Make It
I know what you’re thinking: “But what is it?” It is anything you want it to be. This is without a doubt the coolest thing I’ve seen all week. Also, where my rest money is most likely going. Take a Sharpie, draw “it” (coasters, shower-curtains, a decorative thing-a-ma-bob or what have you), photograph your drawing, upload it to the Ponoko.com’s Photomake, pick your materials, and the rest, as they say, is magic. Of course, magic like this isn’t free, but it doesn’t cost nearly as much as you’d think either. Now there’s nothing standing between your ideas and reality. How fun is that?
